But they are often secondary to the core of whats actually driving the habitual thinking and behaviors. They are the patterns that you have learnt throughout your life, a largely an unconscious process, and now you that you know its not really you, its how you are going about it, you can learn something new, do something different.
For some, it may be a messy divorce, it may be job or financial insecurity, career change, starting high school, social anxiety, perhaps its peer pressure, or even bulling, life presents so many changes and challenges.
